WIP display library for the UC8251d controller.

UC281d is a display controller for e-Ink displays, typically used in these ones:

Used one in a project but couldn't find any (high quality) libraries online. So let's make our own! Current feature list:

• Classic mono bitmap rendering,
• 3 fonts available in 8px, 16px and 32px sizes,
• Vector graphics for rectangles, lines, diamonds and triangles,
• Fast refresh (~200ms) and full refresh (~800ms) modes supported,
• Chunk-based rendering for slower embedded devices,
• Display rotation and sleep modes.

There are a few edge-case bugs in this one, but overall works pretty well.
